Auto enrolment ‘duties checker’ from the Pensions Regulator

The Pensions Regulator has produced an animation to provide information about its ‘duties checker’ tool and what it’s asking clients to do. The ‘duties checker’ helps employers work out what they need to do and by when, and ensures they only complete the tasks relevant to their duties. 

In order to use the duties, checker they will need some information to hand, such as their PAYE reference, letter code (which can be found on the letter sent to them by the Regulator) and the ages and approximate earnings of their employees.
